10. The sale could not have gone any smoother then it did. My duplex in Hartland sold in one day with eight offers, most were over asking price. I couldn't have asked for anything more. No hiccups, closing went 1,2,3. This is the second proper Rebecca Sprague has sold for me. The first one went just as well, one day and asking price. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Rebecca.
